Prior to my current role, I ventured into entrepreneurship by establishing and managing a successful BPO business in India, where I honed my skills in leadership and business operations.

Later, I ventured into the dynamic landscape of the UAE's F&B eCommerce sector, where I gained invaluable insights into digital commerce and customer-centric strategies.

My academic foundation includes a Master's in Business Administration, which has equipped me with a comprehensive understanding of strategic management and organizational dynamics. Complementing my formal education are certifications in Google, Amazon, eCommerce Management, and Social Media Marketing, underscoring my commitment to staying at the forefront of digital innovation and marketing trends.
